Welcome to shopamsa.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by Always Shining LLC, doing business as AṂSA ("AṂSA," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on the Site.

Products and craftsmanship AMSA garments are made using traditional Indian handloom, hand-knitting, hand-embroidery, and hand-block-printing techniques. Because each piece involves manual craft processes, slight variations in weave, dye, embroidery placement, print alignment, and knit texture between individual garments — and between a garment and its photograph on the Site — are natural characteristics of handmade construction, not defects. We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can, but display settings vary by device, and we don't warrant that color or texture will render identically on every screen. Please rely on the written product description, not only the photos.

Some garments are made to measure. Where this applies, our team will contact you after your order is placed to confirm measurements before production begins.

Order acceptance and pricing Nothing on the Site is a binding offer to sell — it's an invitation for you to place an order, which we can accept or decline. We may decline or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for any reason, including after you've received an order confirmation or been charged; if that happens, you'll receive a full refund. To protect availability for all customers, we may limit the quantity of any item purchasable by a single customer or shipped to a single address.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice, though a price change never applies to an order you've already placed. Listed prices don't include tax, duties, or shipping — those are itemized separately at checkout and in your confirmation email. If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel or refuse orders placed at that price, even after confirmation, and will refund you in full for any such cancelled order.

Errors and inaccuracies We try to keep product information, pricing, and availability accurate and current, but errors happen — typos, outdated stock counts, description mistakes. We reserve the right to correct these at any time, including after an order is placed, without prior notice.

Shipping, customs, and importer responsibilities We ship using a carrier of our choice; shipping charges (where applicable) are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed to the carrier. Delivery estimates are just that — estimates — and we're not liable for carrier delays outside our control.

If your order ships to you from outside your country, you are the importer of record and are responsible for complying with your country's import laws, and for any duties, taxes, or fees your country assesses on the shipment — except where our Shipping Policy states that AMSA covers duties for your destination. By placing an international order, you authorize our shipping carrier or its customs broker to act as your agent solely to prepare and file the customs paperwork needed to clear your shipment — nothing more.

We currently can't ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight-forwarding addresses; orders placed to these will be cancelled. If an item in a multi-item order is out of stock, we'll ship what's available and follow up on the rest — you're only charged for what ships.

Intellectual property All content on the Site — including the AMSA name, the AṂSA wordmark, the AMSA emblem, product photography, garment designs, page layout, and written content — belongs to Always Shining LLC (or is used with the rightful owner's permission), and is protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may browse and shop the Site, but you may not: reproduce, copy, or repurpose any Site content for commercial use; scrape or data-mine the Site with bots or automated tools; use our name or trademarks in your own metadata or search terms; or reverse-engineer any part of the Site. Nothing here is republishable without our written permission.

Acceptable use You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorized access to any part of it, or interfere with its normal operation or another user's ability to use it.

Copyright infringement notice We respect intellectual property rights and expect the same from anyone using the Site. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright or other rights, email info@shopamsa.com with: (1) a signature (physical or electronic) of the rights holder or their authorized representative; (2) a description of the work you believe is infringed; (3) enough detail to locate the material on the Site; (4) your contact information; (5) a good-faith statement that the use isn't authorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you're authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf.

Third-party links The Site may link to third-party websites we don't control or endorse. We're not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.

Disclaimers THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMSA AND ALWAYS SHINING LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF OUR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO YOUR ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER. Some jurisdictions don't allow these kinds of limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

Miscellaneous If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other posted policies, are the entire agreement between you and AMSA regarding the Site, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the subject.
