Desi Wool Winter Coat

Made from 100% indigenous Indian wool, the fibre is sourced from sheep reared in the high-altitude regions of Himachal Pradesh. The cold Himalayan climate produces a thicker, more insulating wool, giving the coat a natural warmth and durability.

Unlike many contemporary alternatives that blend Indian wool with imported fibers for softness, these sweaters use only local desi wool, retaining the character of the material and the integrity of the process.

This approach supports regional wool systems and the women artisans who continue to sustain and evolve this longstanding wool tradition.

100% undyed desi wool, lined in 100% silk. The grey tone is achieved by blending the natural black and white fleece of indigenous sheep rather than by dyeing, so slight variation in shade from piece to piece is expected and inherent to the material.

Fits true to size. Relaxed through the body with a long, tailored silhouette. Model is 5'9" and wearing a size XS. See size guide for full measurements.
